Veterans Affairs

Sitting between Camp Lejeune and Marine Corps Air Station Cherry Point, and living amongst many settled veteran retirees, our communities understand the sacrifices and service of our United States Military, as well as the care and gratitude they deserve. As a Veteran Spouse, Eden is passionate about working diligently to assist our veterans and their families. Like many others, Eden is tired of seeing veterans not treated with the respect and urgency they deserve with their care. She is driven to propose oversight to our local veterans treatment and increase local support services by managing any state funding and creating oversight committees. Eden is a longtime advocate for military spouses, often participating in local organizations and military spouse support groups on Camp Lejeune.

Military Families and Bases

Under republican leadership North Carolina has been one of the friendliest military states in the country, let’s keep it that way. ENC is also home to several U.S. Coast Guard units, their efforts have protected and served our communities for generations. Supporting them locally has been and should always be a priority.

Small Businesses

As a Small Business owner, Eden knows that lower taxes help businesses grow and help our families make ends meet. As your representative Eden will fight to keep more money in your pocket, tax cuts here and across the state fuel jobs and further the economy. We need to continue to cut waste spending and remove burdensome regulations.

Education

We must ensure our students have the necessary tools to succeed, and with that our teachers need to have the means to do so. We invest in tomorrow by bettering our education today.  Eden is a  believer in School Choice, no longer should a family’s income or zip code dictate access to a better school. We need to fund students not systems.

Waterways & Fisheries

Protecting our way of life in ENC, starts with our waterways and fisheries. ENC is a beautiful place to live in with our wonderland of nature. Our waterways and fishery are also an economic engine, therefore protecting our waters is as important economically as it is from a conservation standpoint.

As we are consistently growing we must ensure our waterways remain free of pollution and toxins, and trickle down swamp regulations.
